Tuesdays With Morrie

Tuesdays With Morrie

Tuesdays With Morrie

One day on MRT, I saw an university student was reading a book. I looked at the cover, it showed “Tuesdays With Morrie“. I had no idea it is a bestseller book but the name seems very interesting. I noted down the name and intended to get it one day.

Unfortunately I totally forgot about it. Today I saw this book again at SE-ED bookstore unintentional so I quickly bounced to it. Finally this book is in my hands. There was Thai edition but I decided to buy original edition. Not that I’m “kra-dae” but I wanted to practice my reading skill. Tuesdays With Morrie is a bestselling non-fiction book by American writer Mitch Albom, published in 1997. An Old Man, A Young Man, and the Last Great Lesson. Mitch rediscovered Morrie in the last months of the older man’s life. Knowing he was dying, Morrie visited with Mitch in his study every Tuesday, just as they used to back in college. Their rekindled relationship turned into one final “class”: lessons in how to live.

Step Up

“Every second chance begins with a first step”. I want to see this movie because my all time favourite movies are Grease, Flash Dance and Dirty Dancing. This film seems interesting to me. Step Up directed by Anne Fletcher. She is talented choreographer.

Marsha Open Heart Concert

Marsha's Concert

I went to Marsha Open Heart Concert at Impact Arena, Muangthong Thani. My seat was at 3rd floor, zone SH, row G. It was fun. Her special guests were Ma’am Surivipa, Five U and Bank (Clash).

After concert, Kris took my family to meet P’Sha at backstage. She said she was so tired. Though She seemed very happy that the concert went good.

In Thailand, you don’t have to go to downtown for getting these vegetables or fruits, the mobile shops will serve you right there in front of your house.

Trick or Treat

Heineken’s Beer Gallons

Heineken’s Beer Gallons

It’s Halloween! In the morning, I bought 2 boxes of veggie juice from UFM Fuji Super Market. Whenever I’m in this market, I feel like I am in Japan because 90% of their clients are Japanese. I need to drink veggie juice instead of cola or root beer because health reason. I don’t like to eat vegetable so I should find something replace. It might have my face look brighter and clearer (again beauty reason) hahaha

Anyway we had lunch at Emporium (food centre). I had Boiled Chicken with Rice. Then we went to the super market, I bought 2 packs of chocolate cookie. Tee+ bought some bread and salami. Tee+ pointed at Heineken’s beer gallons. I think If we could celebrate by taking these gallons it would be awesome.
We eat a lot in the afternoon. Salami sandwiches were so yummy. I will be chubby again T_T

The Honda Jazz

Honda Jazz

Today we had lunch in Soi Sukhumvit 26. After lunch I had a good opportunity to drive P’Keng‘s Honda Jazz back to office. Because P’Keng had to do some businesses. But I made a mistake so the tyre scraped with the rim of the footpath.

Anyway I am excited to move back to Silom. It must be somewhere I belong. I will surely buy chocolate cake from Larna’s house everyday. I don’t have to connect to BTS from MRT. I will do shopping in Soi “Melting the Asset”. At night I will go clubbing and buying erotic DVD (kidding here) hahaha.

Let It Be

I’m extremely disappoint in the Goverment by Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont and his Cabinet. The weak point is acting too weak and slow on everything they’re suppose to do.

I gave hope that my country will grow in the good direction. But hell no, the thing is money is still God. You can buy people with money. “Thugsin” will be back. And we will not be able to do anything about it. So let it be. Let Thugsin turns our country to be Singapore.

Maybe it will be better than this.
